How do I connect to the resort Wi-Fi?

You can find the Wi-Fi network name and password in your apartment welcome booklet or by contacting reception.

What are the pool and gym opening hours?

The heated outdoor pool and spa are open daily from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The gym is available from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

How do I book spa treatments or local tours?

Our team is happy to assist with bookings for local spas, tours, and activities—just visit reception or call us.

Is parking available if I have an extra vehicle?

Secure undercover parking is available for one vehicle per apartment; please check with reception about additional parking options.

Can I request extra towels or bedding during my stay?

Yes, simply contact housekeeping or reception to arrange additional towels, pillows, or bedding.

What should I do if I experience maintenance issues in my apartment?

Please notify reception immediately so we can arrange prompt assistance.

Are there BBQ facilities available for guest use?

Yes, the resort has a communal BBQ area open from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM—please check availability at reception.

Where can I find the nearest supermarket or convenience store?

The closest supermarket is a 5-minute drive away in Noosaville; our team can provide directions or arrange transport if needed.

Is there a shuttle or transport service to Hastings Street or the beach?

Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach are within walking distance, but taxis and local buses are also available—ask reception for schedules and bookings.

How do I check out and return my keys?

Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please leave your keys at reception or follow any specific instructions provided at check-in.

Activities and Local Attractions

• A variety of information is available for you in the brochure rack located in front of the reception

Air Conditioning

• For optimal air conditioning performance, please keep all outside doors and windows closed. We recommend setting the temperature between 23–24°C and the fan to “Auto.”

BBQ

• A barbecue is available for your use in the pool area. Please make sure to clean it after use and leave it ready for the next guest.

Check Out

• Check-out time is before 10:00 AM.
• Late check-out is available upon request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional charge.  Please inquire at least 24 hours prior to your departure.

Car Parking

• One car space is allocated to each apartment. Please only use the space marked with your apartment number.

Damages

• Any damages caused to the apartment or its contents during your stay will be charged to the credit card provided on check-in. Having signed our registration form authorises such charges to be made against the card. You are responsible for any damages caused to the unit by you or a guest/s staying with you or visiting you.

Emergencies and First Aid

• The emergency number for Police, Ambulance or Fire Brigade is 000.
• A first aid kit is available at reception.
• All units are fitted with smoke detectors.
• In the case of fire; call fire brigade (dial 000)
• In case of fire, do not use the lift and proceed by stairway to the first level and then to the front gate. Do not leave the area as the resort managers will want to conduct a headcount check if necessary.
• Follow the managers directions at all times.

Gym

• Your room key also provides access to the gym.
• Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
• The gym is used at your own risk.
• Please observe Gym safety rules at all times.
• Please use a towel to wipe down the equipment after each use.

Housekeeping

• For stays longer than seven nights, a linen change will be provided halfway through your stay.
• Additional cleaning, linen, or amenities can be arranged for an extra charge.
• Please leave your apartment tidy upon departure, ensuring that doors are locked and air conditioning and lights are turned off.

Internet and WiFi

• Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided by Time Out Internet. Please refer to the label on the fridge door for the username and password.

Maintenance

• Every effort is made to ensure your apartment’s appliances and fittings are in good working order prior to your arrival. If you discover any faulty equipment that may have been overlooked please contact reception so we can arrange for the repair or replacement of these items.

Noise

•  The Lookout Resort offers a relaxed holiday atmosphere for families, couples and groups. We ask all guests to be mindful of the impact of noise on other guest’s experience. We thank you for being considerate of others.

Pool and Spa

• The pool area is open 7.00am – 9.00pm. Glass is not permitted in this area.

Pool Towels

• Pool towels are provided in your apartment for the duration of your stay. Kindly refrain from taking them to the beach.

Payment

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, and EFTPOS. Payment for all accounts is required upon arrival.

Rubbish Disposal

• Please dispose of rubbish in the chutes located next to the lift on each level. Only place securely tied, bagged rubbish. Recycling bins are available on each level. Please flatten boxes and avoid placing plastic bags or food in these bins.

Security/Keys

• Your apartment keys will operate both your front door and the resort security gates and the Gym. You will need your apartment key to gain access to the resort on your return. The remote control on your apartment key ring opens the garage gates. We recommend that your apartment is locked at all times.
• The balcony and bedroom sliding doors can be locked in a closed or part open position with lockable bolts provided on the centre posts. The black buttons to open/close the slide door catch are not safety locks.
• On the morning of your departure, please ensure all keys and your garage door control are returned to reception or placed in the key drop box.
• Replacement of lost keys will be at the guest's expense. (Door key: $112.00, Garage remotes: $223.00)

Smoking

• The Lookout Resort is a smoke-free property, including e-cigarettes. This policy applies to the apartment, balconies, and surrounding grounds.

Visitors

• Please inform your visitors of your apartment number. They should follow the directional signs to the main entrance, select your apartment number on the intercom system, and wait for your response. To grant them access, answer the call on your apartment's security phone and hold the key button for 5 seconds.
